Attempts to breach, reverse-engineer, or maliciously disrupt our IT infrastructure, cloud servers, or digital archives will result in immediate legal escalation.

Intellectual Property

All code, architectural designs, AI algorithms, and digitized historical archives remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sangai Global.

1. Corporate Ecosystem Scope

Sangai Global Private Limited operates as a multi-brand holding company. These terms govern the usage of all our divisions, including but not limited to:

• Information Technology: Web portals, AI platforms, cloud hosting environments, and digital archiving software.
• Real Estate: Digital interactions regarding our commercial, residential, and industrial smart-city developments.
• Subsidiary Brands: Any independent retail, logistics, or ed-tech platforms operating under the Sangai Global umbrella.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

We build the future, and we protect our blueprints. Your access to our services does not transfer ownership.

• Proprietary Assets: All software, designs, logos, databases, and digitized archival imagery are strictly owned by Sangai Global.
• Limited License: Users are granted a temporary, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize our platforms purely for their intended functional purpose.
• Prohibitions: Scraping, duplicating, or redistributing our intellectual property for commercial gain is strictly forbidden.

3. Operational Reliability & Uptime

While we architect our digital and physical infrastructure for maximum resilience, the global landscape is dynamic.

• Service Continuity: We strive for 99.99% server uptime. However, services may be suspended for emergency cybersecurity patches or infrastructural maintenance.
• Force Majeure: Sangai Global is not liable for service interruptions caused by acts of nature, global network failures, or localized systemic blackouts.

4. Real Estate & Commercial Transactions

Digital interactions regarding our Real Estate and IT consulting verticals are subject to specific commercial parameters:

• Digital inquiries or portal usage do not constitute a finalized legal contract for property acquisition or software licensing.
• Formal commitments (e.g., commercial leases, IT service-level agreements) require separate, cryptographically signed or physically executed documents.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Sangai Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
• Our digital platforms and archival databases are provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis without absolute warranties of uninterrupted operation.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

As a registered entity headquartered in India, our operations are legally anchored:

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes, controversies, or legal claims arising from these terms or the use of Sangai Global services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Imphal, Manipur, India.
